URGENT AND OCCUPATIONAL CARE
U.S. HealthWorks Medical Centers location is located at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Center Street next to Bob Evans. The site offers urgent care treatment for non-life threatening injuries and illnesses, as well as comprehensive occupational health services and physical therapy to employers. Professional staff works as a team to produce the best possible patient care and services. Most major insurance is accepted.


MedStat Urgent Care & Occupational Health is quality medical care that is located at 1500 Provident Drive, Suite A, Warsaw and open seven days a week. MedStat's mission is to promote total health on our urgent care side while developing and nurturing partnerships with local businesses. MedStat is  and provides a comprehensive line of services for urgent care and occupational health patients.


EMERGENCY CARE
Kosciusko Community Hospital's Emergency Care Center meets state of the art emergency care standards and accommodates increasing patient volumes. Averaging over 21,000 visits annually, the facility is capable of handling high volumes and continues to implement technological updates to meet the community's needs. The KCH Emergency Care Center is the county's only 24-hour medical care unit. The facility is an accredited Chest Pain Center and a part of the Stroke Care Now Network.

Primary care physician offices are a part of many neighborhoods in Kosciusko County. Both family practice and specialists are heavily concentrated in Warsaw near Kosciusko Community Hospital. Primary care physician practices are readily located outside of Warsaw Central and can be easily accessed in Milford, Syracuse, North Webster, Pierceton and Mentone.

K21 HEALTH SERVICES PAVILION
The K21 Health Services Pavilion is home to a group of non-profit service organizations serving Kosciusko residents. Organizations located at the pavilion are as follows: Community Action of Northeast Indiana (CANI), Good Samaritan Fund; The Beaman Home including Health Connect, B.A.B.E. Boutique, and Health Connect's Help Center; Heartline Pregnancy Center including TNT Daycare & Preschool Ministries; Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund; Kosciusko County Health Department's Immunization, Well Child and Prenatal Clinics; Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, Inc; Medication & Dental Assistance; and WIC - Women, Infants & Children.

K21 Foundation is a private foundation that focuses on opportunities to improve health and wellness for the citizens of Kosciusko County. This focus has its roots from the origin of the assets of the foundation being from the non-profit hospital that was established in 1967.

THE KOSCIUSKO HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLINIC PROMOTES THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ASSESSMENT, PREVENTION, SURVEILLANCE, EDUCATION, SCREENING AND TREATMENT.
 
THE CLINIC IS OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY FOR IMMUNIZATIONS EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. UNTIL NOON AND REOPENS AT 1:15 P.M. TO 3:30 P.M. ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE MONDAYS THAT ARE A HOLIDAY) THERE IS AN EVENING IMMUNIZATION CLINIC FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. THE SECOND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH THERE IS A CLINIC IN SYRACUSE AT THE LAKELAND YOUTH CENTER FROM 2:00 P.M. TO 3:30 P.M. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLINIC IS A "WALK-IN" CLINIC. AN APPOINTMENT IS NOT NECESSARY AT ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLINICS. CLIENTS ARE SERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. EMS: FIRST RESPONDERS
Multi-Township Emergency Medical Service provides both invalid and emergency ambulance transport.  MTEMS is committed to saving lives, preventing further injury, and stabilizing patients prior to transport for more definitive medical care. Multi-Township EMS operates with paid personnel twenty-four hours a day,seven days a week, 365/366 days per year. MTEMS maintains five 24 hour ambulances and one eight hour ambulance every day. Two crews stationed in Warsaw and one each in Leesburg, Milford and Bourbon. There is also a third 8 hour ambulance in Warsaw from 9 am, to 5 pm to assist with the extra daytime load. Ambulance transport is also available in Syracuse.
