The branch manager oversees the management of the branch, security, customer relations, building business and maintaining current customers, overdrafts, refunds, cross-sales, and manage non-interest expense & income. The incumbent must be able to manage the employees, adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain for the branch time & labor, disciplinary actions, interviews, reviews and dismissals. They must be involved, and on a committee, helping to build our strong communities.
