Sales Account Manager

Texmo Precision Castings is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work with a growing innovative company. Texmo Precision Castings is a global company and our site in Warsaw Indiana has had a large investment in facilities and machinery over the last few years. This has enabled us to produce high-quality products and we are looking at significant growth in the next few years. In order for this growth to succeed we need good quality people. We are looking for an Account manager who will take responsibility for plant-level sales operations/performance, manage key accounts and penetrate and grow new customers within existing and new markets. The position will be reporting directly to the Head of sales at our head office in the UK.
Build relationships with the portfolio of customer accounts at the Warsaw, IN plant

Generate New Business Development (NBD) opportunities with key existing accounts and potential customers
Work closely with the engineering department on costing, technical clarifications and quote proposals
Attend customer meetings at the Warsaw, IN plant or at the customer location as and when required
Assist the Warsaw, IN plant internal teams and key stakeholders in New Product Development (NPD) activities
Manage NPD projects from the customer standpoint, coordinating and managing tasks and resolving and completing key actions
Support the production teams on customer forecasting intelligence and provide accurate visibility data for planning purposes
Work with the Head of Sales to formulate a medium/long term sales strategy both in terms of existing customer growth, market penetration and focus areas for business sustainability
Work with Head of Sales on establishing quarterly strategic planning and objectives for the US Warsaw plant
Attend key internal review meetings on departmental and management company performance assessment and alignments
Must be authorized for full-time employment in the US
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Persistence is a key character quality for this role.
Understanding of Microsoft Office products; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.
Excellent written & communication skills, including good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
Ideally, have a casting background or at the least 5+ years working in a manufacturing arena
Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to work as a team and autonomously to make critical decisions
College degree preferred (Business / Engineering), not essential.
Experience: Min. 7 years
Sales/Account Management background essential
Investment/Sand casting experience an advantage
