KEDCO is establishing our Downtown Business Studio in Warsaw as a place to bring people together, try new things, and support entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses in K-County. And YOU can help us build the studio from the ground up by considering these opportunities to join the community we are creating in downtown Warsaw! Here’s the scoop…
First Floor
Pop-Up Retail, On-site Food & Beverage, and Market Manager
We have 3,000 square feet available to help first-time or part-time retail vendors establish a downtown storefront presence in our shared space. It’s a great opportunity to test drive a retail business, and once/if you’re ready, we can help you find your own location in Warsaw or one of the other communities we serve in Kosciusko County! Additionally, we are seeking an on-site food and beverage provider (or other stellar ideas) and a market manager for the retail space. Interested in one of these opportunities? Second Floor
Coworking Membership
We have nearly 3,000 square feet of office space to make available for coworking members. Initial options will include work stations, free standing desks, and meeting room space. We are limiting initial reservations to 25 coworking members and will add amenities based on member requests. Interested in a coworking membership?
