The change of seasons

Thursday, March 4, 2021

“If you could only sense how important you are to the lives of those you meet; how important you can be to the people you may never even dream of. There is something of yourself that you leave at every meeting with another person.” – Mr. Rogers

Springtime is coming in Northeast Indiana. Spending this winter in a much warmer climate, I understand why some people (okay, a lot of people) end up migrating to similarly warmer places at one point or another. Yet, there is something special about the change of seasons. When we get a hint of what’s to come as we near the end of one season, even though we’ve experienced it so many times before, there’s still an air of surprise.

Let’s be on the lookout for those signs of change and the little things to be appreciative of to mark our progress along our journey this year.
